Put on and remove bracelets one at a time with limited stretching over the hand. Remove to shower or while enjoying water activities. Gently hand wash beads with regular soap and water avoiding abrasives. Bracelets should be stored at room temperature avoiding prolonged exposure to sun or direct light.
